Booking Information for Group Day Trips
PAYMENT
Full payment is due to book your seat on the trip. On receipt of your payment, we will send you confirmation of your booking.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by bank transfer, international money transfer services (WESTERN UNION etc.) or in cash. Payments can be made in Mongolian Tugrik or US Dollars.
POSTPONEMENT POLICY
All seats booked on a day trip can be postponed to a later date, no later than 6 months from the original trip date. There will be no charge for postponement if written notice is given up to 7 days prior to the trip date. If a postponement request is given 6 or less days before the tour date, 30% of the total cost will be deducted as a penalty, the remainder will be held in credit for your next booking with us. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. A full refund will be given if a seat on a trip is cancelled up to 7 days before departure (excluding any card or transfer fees incurred). For day trips cancelled less than 7 days before the trip date, 50% will be taken as a penalty fee. The remainder will be returned to you.
CANCELLATION or POSTPONEMENT BY THE COMPANY
If the company is forced to cancel the trip for safety reasons due to adverse weather, or due to travel restrictions imposed by the Government of Mongolia, a full refund will be issued to you.
If the company is forced to cancel or postpone the trip due to lack of numbers, a full refund will be returned to you, or you can opt for us to hold the funds in credit for your next trip with us.
